I Just arrived back to Kathmandu from a Three week Everest Region Trekking. It was certainly an experience I will never forget and I owe special thanks to members of the "Outfitter Nepal" team: NG, Arjun and Raj. It was little bit hard to believe at the beginning only in the internet as whether we are able to get the services which we had agreed through the mails before we arrive...

Arun Valley Trekking ...
Arun valley trekking is renowned among the trekkers, where one can not only see the lovely scenes of Himalayas lying near by but also experience the incredibly diverse nature, gorgeous views of the hundreds of mountains along with the highest mountain of the earth and the culture of the different ethnic people especially Sherpa, Rai, Limbu , who have been inhabiting in the area for many years.
Arun valley trekking lies between two mountains namely Mt. Everest and Mt. Makalu.
When we go for trekking in the region, we take north side of the Arun River and reach to Sedua and Num, crossing Barun La (4110m.) pass, in between we happen to cross the upper Barun khola and the valley for having a close look of Mt. Makalu. But, we also can go for a bit wider trekking by crossing the Sherpani col and west col lies in the upper Hongu valley. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang, if one wants to visit other sides; we also take to the Hindu holy place called Lake Salpa holy Lake (3414m).
