Pisang Peak Climbing...
Pisang Peak stands at elevation of 6091 m above Pisang village in Annapurna Himalaya range. Pisang peak is considered to be one of the busiest climbing peaks among the trekking peaks in Nepal.
The trek to Pisang peak begins from Pisang village and we ascend up through the pastures to a Kharka, it is considered to be the best place for setting up the base camp, then, we climb up on the south-west ridge and head on to the final snow slope, the final destination. Once we summit this slope or summit, we descend down from same rout.
From the rout, if you want, you also can go to Thorung La pass (5416m), through Manang, Ledar, the trail that takes you to the Muktinath subsequently to Jomsom, from where you can take flight to Pokhara.
