Pisang Peak ClimbingPisang Peak stands at elevation of 6091 m above Pisang village in Annapurna Himalaya range. Pisang peak is considered to be one of the busiest climbing peaks among the trekking peaks in Nepal.

The trek to Pisang peak begins from Pisang village and we ascend up through the pastures to a Kharka, it is considered to be the best place for setting up the base camp, then, we climb up on the south-west ridge and head on to the final snow slope, the final destination. Once we summit this slope or summit, we descend down from same rout.

From the rout, if you want, you also can go to Thorung La pass (5416m), through Manang, Ledar, the trail that takes you to the Muktinath subsequently to Jomsom, from where you can take flight to Pokhara.

Pisang Peak Climbing itinerary

Day 01.
Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking and climbing after refreshment.
Day 02.
Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple and Baudhanath Stupa.
Day 03.
Drive to Besisahar (830meters) by bus.
Day 04.
Trek to Bahundanda (1310 meters).
Day 05.
Trek to Chamje (1400meters).
Day 06.
Trek to Bagarchhap (2160meters).
Day 07.
Trek to Chame (2630meters).
Day 08.
Trek to Pisang village (3300 meters).
Day 09.
Acclimatization and explore around.
Day 10.
Trek to Pisang Peak Base Camp (4420meters).
Day 11.
Base Camp to high camp (5450meters).
Day 12.
Acclimatization and explore around high camp.
Day 13.
Summit day (6091meters) and return to Base Camp.
Day 14.
Spare day in case of bad weather.
Day 15.
Trek to Pisang Village (3300 meters).
Day 16.
Trek to Manang (3500meters).
Day 17.
Trek to Yak Kharka (4000meters).
Day 18.
Trek to Thorong Phedi (4450meters).
Day 19.
Cross Throng la pass (5416meters) and trek down to Muktinath (3800meters).
Day 20.
Trek to Jomsom (2715meters).
Day 21.
Morning flight to Pokhara.
Day 22.
Drive to Kathmandu.
Day 23.
Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
